Downtown Parking Facilities

The City of Glendale operates three downtown public parking facilities: the Exchange, the Marketplace, and Orange Street and all offer 90 minutes of free parking. These facilities are owned by the City and currently maintained by a parking operator. All of these facilities help support businesses at the Exchange retail area, the Marketplace shopping area, and Mid-Brand Boulevard Merchants by supplying approximately 2,400 public parking spaces. Exchange Parking Facility

Address: 115 North Maryland Avenue
Number of Spaces: 694
Rates: First 90 minutes free, $1.00 per 30 minutes.
Maximum daily charge: $6.00
Monthly Parking: (Employees Only) $60 for monthly parking, per keycard. $25 deposit on keycards
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Marketplace Parking Facility

Address: 120 South Maryland Avenue
Number of Spaces: 1124
Rates: First 90 minutes free, $1.00 per 30 minutes.
Maximum daily charge: $6.00
Monthly Parking: (Employees Only) $60 for monthly parking, per keycard. $25 deposit on keycards
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Orange Street Parking Facility

Address: 222 North Orange Street
Number of Spaces: 625; First 90 minutes free, $0.75 per 30 minutes.
Maximum daily charge: $6.00
Monthly Parking: (Employees Only) $30 for monthly parking, per keycard. $25 deposit on keycards
Hours of operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Other Parking Facilities

Civic Center Parking Facility

The City of Glendale also owns the Civic Center Parking Facility. The main purpose of this facility is to support the parking demand of city employees and City Hall visitors. This structure contains 594 spaces.

Glendale Transportation Center (GTC)

The Glendale Transportation Center (GTC) is a main depot terminal where commuters arrive and depart by use of public transit. Services that are available at the GTC include Metrolink, MTA, Glendale Beeline, Greyhound, and Amtrak. Commuters may also park and ride by using one of the facilities 400 parking spaces. The GTC is located at 400 West Cerritos Avenue.
